Born in Madagascar and shaped by life across ten countries before adolescence, I am a global citizen with deep French roots.
My multicultural upbringing, paired with a Humanities education from La Sorbonne and Sciences Po Paris, wired me to embrace complexity and navigate diverse environments with agility.
But my story isn’t just about academic credentials.
I defied conventional boundaries by breaking into France’s premier consulting firm — in a tech-dominated space where humanities grads, women, and outsiders were not expected to thrive.
I didn’t just survive — I became a Principal… Then a founder.
And I’ve been guiding leaders through meaningful transformation ever since.

From Overwhelm to Empowerment: The Breaking Point That Became My Breakthrough
I faced my own transformation crucible when too many engagements stacked up…
I was still handling a high-stakes transformation project launched in 2019 when I stepped into an unexpected and challenging interim C-suite role while also chairing a thesis jury at ESSEC.
Like many executives, I first did what seemed logical: I worked longer hours. Until I hit a wall… Working harder no longer worked.
Productivity hacks failed me. While valuable, they weren’t designed for today’s exponential challenges.
I needed a superpower—and I found it in AI. Not just as a tool but as a strategic ally— a catalyst to reclaim time and multiply impact, all without sacrificing quality,
I’m not a tech expert. I don’t code.
But I refused to accept that overwhelm was the new normal.
Instead, I turned to AI — and built the P.AI.R. system to support time-pressed leaders in doing more of what matters.
