Payment information:
Your credit card and debit card information or payment information will be processed by the Stripe payment platform, which will treat and safeguard your data with total security and for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the services.

P.AI.R reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which will treat your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the services.
Google Analytics:
We use Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc., USA (“Google”). These tool and technologies collect and analyse certain types of information, including IP addresses, device and software identifiers, referring and exit URLs, feature use metrics and statistics, usage and purchase history, media access control address (MAC Address), mobile unique device identifiers, and other similar information via the use of cookies. The information generated by Google Analytics (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We use the Google Analytics collection of data to enhance the website and platform and improve our service.
Automatic Information:
Like many websites, we use “cookies.” We obtain certain types of anonymous information, which is not personally identifiable, when your web browser accesses P.AI.R or third-party content served by or on behalf of P.AI.R on other websites. Some of the information we collect and analyse includes the Internet Protocol (IP) address; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and connection speed; purchase history; and the content you searched for, viewed, and possibly purchased.

3. How We Store Your Data and How Long We Keep Your Data
Our Website is hosted on Infomaniak Ethical Cloud.
Their data centres are all Switzerland-based.
We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Data related to billing is retained for up to 10 years in line with French tax requirements.
Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the provision of the services or until the user withdraws his consent.
The user’s personal data will be deleted from our database immediately after the user withdraws his consent.

In general, we primarily use the information we collect to provide, maintain, protect and improve our current website and services and develop new services. We use personal information collected through our site as described below and described elsewhere in this Policy to:

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below.
With Third-Party Service Providers:
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include process payments (Stripe), sending email, analysing data, providing bespoke apps, providing search results and links. They have access to your personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. P.AI.R primarily processes and stores personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, certain services—such as web analytics provided by Google Analytics—may involve the transfer of personal data to countries outside the EEA. Indeed, anonymised analytics information processed by Google, may be transferred to and stored in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for these transfers. All our international data transfers are conducted following Chapter V of the GDPR, which requires that any transfer of personal data to a third country or international organisation ensures an adequate level of data protection. P.AI.R ensures that such transfers are compliant with the latest adequacy decisions and that users are informed and, where required, have provided consent for analytics cookies and data processing P.AI.R never mails its customer database on behalf of a third party.

The email address that you supply to us for the purpose of receiving our email communications will never be rented or sold to a third party.

P.AI.R Team implements all necessary measures to prevent access to, alteration of, or disclosure of your personal information.
Audit systems are in place for all sensitive elements.
This information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not sold or distributed. Under no circumstances is it communicated to anyone who requests it, except by court order or formal complaint from a third party.
P.AI.R follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once pair.nrf.digital receives it.
We protect your information's security during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. If transactions are processed on Our Website, transaction information is transmitted to and from Our Website in encrypted form using industry-standard SSL connections to help protect such information from interception. We restrict authorised access to your personal information to those who have a legitimate purpose to know that information to provide products or services to you and those you have authorised to have access to such information.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while P.AI.R team strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Last, we will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data provided to P.AI.R:

The Users can exercise all these rights by contacting us through the contact information or the contact page and indicating the reason for their request.
We aim to respond to all requests within one month of receipt, per GDPR Article 12. You may be asked to verify your identity before your request is processed.
Without preconception to any other administrative appeal or legal action, the User shall have the right to submit a claim to a Control Authority. If you consider that processing your personal data is inappropriate under the regulations, or if you do not see the exercise of your rights satisfied, the control authority in which the claim was filed will inform the claimant about the course and result of the claim.

CalOPPA is the first state law in the USA to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company that operates websites collecting personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on their website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.
