Dear Valued Participant,
Thank you for joining our transformative P.AI.R (Power-up your AI Resilience) program. Your decision to invest in your AI-enhanced leadership journey represents a significant commitment to your professional development, and we're honoured to guide you through this process.
We kindly ask you to review and acknowledge the following terms to ensure clarity and mutual protection.
This document forms part of the binding contractual terms governing participation in the P.AI.R program and supplements the Terms & Conditions of Use accessible at https://pair.nrf.digital/program-agreement/.
The laws of France govern this agreement. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Bobigny have exclusive jurisdiction.
1. Media Consent and Image Rights
By participating in P.AI.R I grant permission to use my image, likeness, and voice recordings without monetary compensation. I understand that:
- All group meetings are recorded.
- My contributions may be thoughtfully edited and published for P.AI.R educational or marketing purposes.
- I waive inspection or approval rights of finished materials where my likeness appears.
- I relinquish rights to royalties related to using my image or the said recordings.
- These materials may be utilised in diverse educational settings globally.
- Recordings may be used for promotional materials, marketing presentations, online advertising, and educational contents.
I understand this permission allows for the electronic display of my image via the Internet and in educational settings. I will be consulted beforehand for uses beyond those specified above.
2. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
I acknowledge that:
- All P.AI.R program content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, and resources are protected intellectual property.
- Without explicit written permission, I will not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials with non-participants.
- The unique approaches, strategies, and insights shared during the program represent proprietary knowledge.
- I will respect the confidentiality of fellow participants' contributions and experiences shared during group sessions.
3. Earnings and results disclaimer
I understand that:
- Individual results from implementing P.AI.R methodologies will vary based on factors including my industry, role, experience, implementation consistency, and organisational context.
- Any examples of successful implementation or time-saving metrics shared in the program represent specific cases and are not guaranteed outcomes.
- The program provides frameworks, tools, and guidance, but ultimate results depend on my application, business circumstances, and consistent implementation.
- Time-saving projections (including the referenced "90+ minutes daily") represent potential outcomes based on comprehensive implementation but are not guaranteed.
4. Program Use and Liability Limitations
I acknowledge that:
- P.AI.R content is designed for educational and professional development purposes only.
- Program participation does not create an advisory relationship beyond the explicit coaching elements.
- I remain responsible for all business decisions implemented using P.AI.R program methodologies.
- The program creator and facilitator cannot be held liable for business outcomes resulting from the implementation of program content.
5. AI Tools and Technology Disclaimer
I understand that:
- The AI landscape evolves rapidly, and specific tools recommended may change during the program.
- P.AI.R offers guidance on AI implementation but cannot guarantee specific AI tool performance.
- I am responsible for ensuring my use of AI tools complies with my organisation's policies and applicable regulations.
- The program does not constitute legal advice regarding AI implementation or data privacy.
6. Group Coaching Etiquette and Participation Expectations
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and preserve the confidentiality of peer contributions during all live sessions. Recording by participants is not permitted without prior written approval.
7.Duration and Scope
This agreement is not time-limited and applies globally to all materials collected during the P.AI.R program. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms while participating in P.AI.R.
I hereby release any claims against any person or organisation utilising these materials for educational purposes as described herein.
THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT – Please read this binding summary carefully, and sign!
I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or videotape without payment or any other consideration.
I understand that my image may be edited or published for P.AI.R marketing purposes, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation from or related to using my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following purposes:
- Event promotional materials
- Marketing Presentations
- Informational Presentations
- Online Advertising & Marketing Materials
- Educational Videos and/or Online Course Video
By signing this release, I understand that this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in a public educational setting.
I will be consulted about using the photographs or video recording for purposes other than those listed above.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release applies to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed in this document. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understood the above release and agree to be bound by it while participating in P.AI.R.
I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organisation utilising this material for educational purposes.
